Buddies
Buddy classes pair up each fall and get together approximately once per month throughout the year. Each student is paired with another student from their buddy class. Buddies do projects together, play games, read stories, and get to know each other. Often these buddy pairs also exchange notes and cards for holidays and just for fun.
The buddy program is a wonderful way for intermediate students to help their primary grade schoolmates. They take great pride in and care of their young buddies. Primary-age budies look up to and learn from their older pals.
