Library Mission

The purpose of the Cupertino Union School District Library Media Program is to increase student achievement through literacy. The library media program provides an environment in which students are encouraged to become avid readers, effective processors of information through the use of organized, accessible resources, and competent users of technology.  The library media program teaches students to value libraries and learning, and to be independent, lifelong seekers and users of knowledge and ideas.
