The Birthday Book Program is one in which you can celebrate your child's birthday in a special way and help our library collection continue to grow. Participation in the program involves a donation (one per child). Most children's hardback books actually cost around $20. A donation of this amount will allow you to select a title from the library "wish list" and I will purchase the book.

    A bookplate with your child's name and birthday will be placed inside the front cover. The books will be kept on a special shelf. The birthday child also has the honor of being the first to check out the new book.

    Children have a special appreciation for the books they "select" to add to our library shelves. They enjoy sharing with their classmates and teacher. These books will remain throughout all their years at Regnart Elementary School. This is a wonderful way to commemorate a very special occasion and to help our library maintain a high-quality collection.
