Where does the PTA get the money it spends?
The PTA depends on the Eisenhower community to manage its programs through volunteers and financial support.   We have 2 campaign drives to raise money, the Fall Direct Donation Program and Spring Walk-a-Thon. The PTA receives approximately a quarter of its operating budget from eScrip, Box Tops for Education, and other rebate programs. Please come to a PTA Meeting to look at our current Treasurers Financial Report.

How does the PTA spend the money we raise?
The PTA spends a significant amount of money to fund personnel positions in the GLC. The PTA completely funds a technology aide for the computer lab and also funds extra hours for our media aide so that the GLC can be open during all school hours.  PTA also provides a host of other extras for our kids including, but not limited to, Student Assemblies, Primary Music Teacher, Classroom Supplies, International Discovery Faire, Reading Programs, New Library Books, Teacher Appreciation Week, Parent Education, Updated Computer Equipment, Fun Fitness, Funding for Eagle Newsletter, Field Trip Scholarships, and Social Events for Families.
