Go With the Flow! Traffic Flow for Dilworth
Please study the attached traffic flow map  for the start of the school year. Note the designated entrance and exit areas. Your coorperation in following the procedures outlines below will help make drop off and pick up times safer and calmer for all involved. Please be sure to review this information carefully and share it with those responsible for transporting your child to and from school.
Strayer Drive
- 2 entrances; 1 exit
- Large drop-off zone along the playground fence.
- Gate at the playground open during drop-off and pick-up times.
- One Bus Zone. NEVER stop or park in the bus zone.
- Consider driving down Friar Way to avoid traffic congestion on Tompkins.
Tompkins Drive
- Traffic flow and markings will remain the same.
There is limited parking in the lots, but plenty of street parking if you wish to walk your child into school. Please park only in the designated parking spaces or on the street. Please use crosswalks.
When dropping off your student(s), pull all the way forward to make room for other cars behind you. Stop at the curb and let your student(s) out of your car. Do not get out of your car. Do not let your student(s) out unless you are at the curb. Drive Carefully. Pedestrians have right-of-way. Yield to them in crosswalks and driveways!
